The first Atami craft gin, "SEACLIFF First Batch 001," will be released on Tuesday, October 29th.
It combines oranges from Atami, a variety of botanicals from Izu, and seaweed harvested from local waters.
It has a refined taste that makes use of the fresh aroma of orange, with hints of herbal and floral notes, and the savory flavor of seaweed.
